Mag ik in dit verband wijzen op een zeer ter zake doende opmerking die commissaris McCreevy op 24 januari in het kader van het European Policy Forum heeft gemaakt, waarbij hij heeft benadrukt dat het internemarktprogramma “veruit de grootste dereguleringsoperatie uit de recente geschiedenis” is.
