Therefore, by 2011, the Commission will carry out an in-depth assessment of the situation of energy-intensive industry and the risk of carbon leakage, in the light of the outcome of the international negotiations and also taking into account any binding sectoral agreements that may have been concluded. The report will be accompanied by any proposals considered appropriate.
Por conseguinte, até 2011, a Comissão efectuará uma avaliação aprofundada da situação da indústria com utilização intensiva de energia e do risco de fuga de carbono, em função do resultado das negociações internacionais e tendo também em conta eventuais acordos sectoriais vinculativos que possam ter sido celebrados. O relatório será acompanhado por eventuais propostas consideradas adequadas.
