Notre Représentation Permanente à Genève a été chargée d'annoncer officiellement la candidature du professeur van Ypersele à tous les États parties et de l'introduire au sein du groupe occidental (WEOG: Western European and Others Group) et des autres groupes régionaux.
Onze Permanente Vertegenwoordiging in Genève werd gevraagd om de kandidatuur van de heer van Ypersele officieel aan te kondigen aan alle stemgerechtigde lidstaten en werd verzocht de kandidatuur van de heer van Ypersele bekend te maken bij de leden van de West-Europese Groep en Anderen.

16. neemt nota van de voorgenomen grondwetswijziging tot gedeeltelijke afschaffing van de beperkingen op het gebruik van de Koerdische taal; hoopt dat dit gebaar wordt gevolgd door andere die resulteren in een algemene oplossing van het Koerdenvraagstuk en in grondwetsbepalingen inzake culturele rechten die de diverse culturele gemeenschappen in Turkije in staat zullen stellen om vrijelijk voor hun identiteit uit te komen zonder de eenheid van het land in gevaar te brengen, overeenkomstig de geest van het Kaderverdrag voor de bescherming van nationale minderheden en het Europees Handvest van regionale of minderheidstalen; dringt er bij de Turkse autoriteiten op aan meer vaart te zetten achter de invoering van de voorgenomen alomvattende strategie voor de economische, sociale en culturele ontwikkeling van het zuidoostelijke deel van het land in een geest van dialoog en openheid, en alle nodige maatregelen te nemen om een duurzame sociale vrede te vestigen in deze regio, waartoe ondermeer de opheffing is vereist van de noodtoestand in de vier betrokken provincies;

Je pense à l'étude European School Survey Project on Alcohol and Other Drugs et à l'étude Health Behaviour in School-aged Children ou encore aux enquêtes menées auprès des étudiants par la VAD (Vereniging voor alcohol- en andere drugproblemen), l'association flamande pour les problèmes d'alcool et autres drogues.
Heel wat cijfers die in deze enquête worden geciteerd, stroken echter niet met die van andere onderzoeken zoals de studie European School Survey Project on Alcohol and Other Drugs (ESPAD) en de studie Health Behaviour in School-aged Children (HBSC) of de leerlingenenquêtes van de Vereniging voor alcohol- en andere drugproblemen, VAD.
