La directive sera applicable aux personnes physiques ou morales procédant à la vente de biens contre paiement en espèces de 15 000 euros ou plus, que la transaction soit effectuée en une seule fois ou comporte plusieurs opérations visiblement liées entre elles.
De richtlijn zal van toepassing zijn op natuurlijke of rechtspersonen die goederen verkopen tegen betaling in contanten voor een bedrag van 15 000 euro of meer, ongeacht of de transactie in één keer wordt verricht dan wel uit verscheidene verrichtingen bestaat die duidelijk met elkaar in verband staan.
