Réponse reçue le 31 mars 2015 : 1) La directive 2014/94/UE du Parlement européen et du Conseil du 22 octobre 2014 sur le déploiement d'une infrastructure pour carburants alternatifs stipule que chaque État membre doit notifier son cadre d’action national (« national policy framework ») en la matière à la Commission européenne au plus tard le 18 novembre 2016.
Antwoord ontvangen op 31 maart 2015 : 1) Richtlijn 2014/94/EU van het Europees Parlement en de Raad van 22 oktober 2014 betreffende de uitrol van infrastructuur voor alternatieve brandstoffen stipuleert dat elke Lidstaat een nationaal beleidskader (« national policy framework ») terzake dient te overhandigen aan de Europese Commissie tegen ten laatste 18 november 2016.

L. considérant que des préoccupations sont exprimées depuis la fin de 2010 au sujet des recommandations de l'autorité de régulation des télécommunications de l'Inde (Telecom Regulatory Authority of India) en ce qui concerne une politique de fabrication des équipements de télécommunication (Telecom Equipment Manufacturing Policy), qui accorderait aux produits et aux équipements de télécommunication fabriqués dans le pays un accès préférentiel au marché, principalement grâce à des subventions ainsi qu'à des mesures axées sur la fiscalité et la passation des marchés publics ;
L. overwegende dat sinds eind 2010 bezorgdheid bestaat over de aanbevelingen van de regelgevende instantie voor telecommunicatie van India over een beleid betreffende de productie van telecommunicatieapparatuur dat preferentiële markttoegang zou verlenen aan in India geproduceerde producten / telecommunicatieapparatuur, voornamelijk door middel van subsidies alsook door specifieke maatregelen op belastinggebied en op het gebied van overheidsaanbestedingen ;
