Les activités du programme se concentrent dans deux principaux domaines: RWSS (Rural Water Supply and Sanitation) et UES (Urban Environmental Sanitation), au bénéfice d'une dizaine de pays de la région: Erythrée, Éthiopie, Kenya, Malawi, Mozambique, Rwanda, Tanzanie, Uganda, Zambie, Zimbabwe.
De autoriteiten van het programma concentreren zich op twee hoofdthema's: namelijk de RWSS (Rural Water Supply and Sanitation) en UES (Urban Environmental Sanitation) die ten goede moeten komen aan een aantal landen in de omgeving zoals Erythrea, Ethiopië, Kenia, Malawi, Mozambique, Ruanda, Tanzania, Uganda, Zambia en Zimbabwe.
