Het spitst zich toe op het bepalen van de voorwaarden voor een toekomstig platform RAN (Radicalisation Awareness Network) in de Balkan, alsook op de ontwikkelingen van het CTI-netwerk (Counter-Terrorism Initiative) dat in 2011 werd opgericht, met het oog op een operationele informatie-uitwisseling via het SIENA-kanaal (Secure Information Exchange Network) van Europol.
