La procédure engagée au titre de l'article 13 paragraphe 10 du règlement (CEE) no 2423/88 concernant les imprimantes matricielles à impact incorporant un système d'impression par aiguilles, relevant du code NC ex 8471 92 90 est close dans l'institution de mesures de défense en ce qui concerne Brother Industries Ltd, Citizen Manufacturers Ltd, Fujitsu España SA, Matsushita Electronic Industrial Co. Ltd, OKI Electronic Industry, Seikosha (Europe) GmbH et TEC Elektronik GmbH.
De procedure uit hoofde van artikel 13, lid 10, van Verordening (EEG) nr. 2423/88 betreffende seriële inslag-puntmatrixprinters met geïncorporeerd afdruksysteem door middel van naalden, van GN-code ex 8471 92 90, wordt hierbij zonder instelling van beschermende maatregelen beëindigd ten aanzien van Brother Industries Ltd, Citizen Manufacturers Ltd, Fujitsu España SA, Matsushita Electronic Industrial Co. Ltd, OKI Electronic Industry Ltd, Seikosha (Europe) GmbH en TEC Elektronik GmbH.
