(A) overwegende dat deze aanvraag gebaseerd is op artikel 2, onder a), van de EFG-verordening (EC) nr. 1927/2006 en betrekking heeft op steun aan 1 000 van in totaal 1 513 werknemers die zijn ontslagen door de onderneming SC Mechel Campia Turzii SA en één downstreamproducent, SC Mechel Reparatii Targoviste SRL, binnen de referentieperiode van 20 juni 2012 tot en met 20 oktober 2012;
