Le troisième amendement italien, qui tend à ajouter au § 4.2 un alinéa nouveau (« Three observers from the Regional legislative assemblies of the European Union shall be invited to ordinary meetings, and may be invited to extraordinary meetings. These observers shall be Presidents of a regional legislative assembly and are appointed by the troika on the basis of proposals of the Conference of European Regional Legislative Assemblies after consultation of national delegations concerned».
