Cette action conjointe devrait s’appuyer sur les projets de recherche et d’innovation ci-après, encourager leur prise en compte dans la pratique clinique et exploiter leurs résultats et réalisations: «Clinical decision making and outcome in routine care for people with severe mental illness» (CEDAR) (34), «Children of Prisoners, Interventions Mitigations to Strengthen Mental Health» (COPING) (35), «European Network of Bipolar Research Expert Centres» (ENBREC), «Prevalence, 1-year incidence and symptom severity of mental disorders in the elderly: Relationship to impairment, functioning (ICF) and service utilisation» (MentDis_ICF65+) (36), «Financing systems’ effects on the Quality of Mental health care in Europe» (REFINEMENT), «A Roadmap for Mental Health Research in Europe» (ROAMER), «Save Young Lives in Europe: Promote health through prevention of risk-taking and self-destructive behaviours» (SEYLE) (37), «Tailored implementation for chronic diseases» (TICD) et «Work Together to Stop Truancy Among Youth» (WE-STAY).

Les articles 6 et 7, par exemple, ont été transposés en Grande-Bretagne par les Health and Safety (Young Persons) Regulations 1997 (SI 1997/135), qui modifient les Management of Health and Safety at Work Regulations (SI 1992/2051, tels que modifiés par SI 1994/2865) et en Irlande du Nord par les Health and Safety (Young Persons) Regulations (NI) 1997 (SR 1997/387), qui modifient les Management of Health and Safety at Work Regulations (NI) 1992 (SR 1992/459, tels que modifiés par SR 1994/478).
De artikelen 6 en 7 van de richtlijn bijvoorbeeld werden in Groot-Brittannië omgezet door middel van de Health and Safety (Young Persons) Regulations 1997 (SI 1997/135) tot wijziging van de Management of Health and Safety at Work Regulations (SI 1992/2051, gewijzigd bij SI 1994/2865) en in Noord-Ierland door middel van de Health and Safety (Young Persons) Regulations (NI) 1997 (SR 1997/387) tot wijziging van de Management of Health and Safety at Work Regulations (NI) 1992 (SR 1992/459, gewijzigd bij SR 1994/478).

4.2. Les dispositions concernées de la directive qui ont trait aux "enfants" ont été mises en oeuvre en Grande-Bretagne par les règlements de 1998 sur la protection des enfants au travail (Children (Protection at Work) Regulations 1998 (SI 2998/276)), qui modifient les lois de 1933 et 1963 sur les enfants et les jeunes, applicables à l'Angleterre et au Pays de Galles (Children and Young Persons Acts 1933 and 1963), et la loi écossaise de 1937 sur les enfants et les jeunes (Children and Young Persons (Scotland) Act 1937).
4.2. De bepalingen van de richtlijn betreffende "kinderen" werden in Groot-Brittannië omgezet door middel van de Children (Protection at Work) Regulations 1998 (SI 1998/276) tot wijziging van de Children and Young Persons Acts 1933 and 1963 (voor Engeland en Wales) en de Children and Young Persons (Scotland) Act 1937.
