De Commissie heeft gebruikgemaakt van beschikbare informatie die hetzij in de vorm van nalevingsverslagen, hetzij in de vorm van IOO-vaartuigenlijsten is bekendgemaakt door ROVB’s (met name ICCAT, CCAMLR), WCPFC, NEAFC, NAFO en SEAFO), van openbaar beschikbare gegevens uit het NMFS-rapport, en van gegevens uit het door FCWC bekendgemaakte technische slotverslag inzake steun voor de tenuitvoerlegging van het regionale actieplan van FCWC inzake IOO-visserij („Support to the implementation of the FCWC regional plan of action on IUU fishing”).
Die Kommission verwendete hierzu Informationen aus verfügbaren Veröffentlichungen von RFO, insbesondere ICCAT, CCAMLR, WCPFC, NEAFC, NAFO und SEAFO, und zwar entweder in Form von Berichten über die Einhaltung von Vorschriften oder in Form von Listen von IUU-Schiffen, sowie öffentlich zugängliche Informationen aus dem NMFS-Bericht und dem vom FCWC veröffentlichten abschließenden technischen Bericht über die „Unterstützung bei der Umsetzung des regionalen Aktionsplans des FCWC gegen IUU-Fischerei“.

The Commission needs to focus properly on these two elements in the Action Plan, and the Member States need to give their full support to installing the infrastructure needed to make it happen, if necessary through public procurement contracts.
Die Kommission muss sich richtig auf diese zwei Elemente im Aktionsplan konzentrieren, und die Mitgliedstaaten müssen die Installation der Infrastruktur voll und ganz unterstützen, die notwendig ist, um ihn umzusetzen, falls nötig, mittels öffentlicher Aufträge.
