9. fordert die möglichst umfassende Verbreitung von Daten zu Fragen, die für die Mobilität in der Stadt von Bedeutung sind, beispielsweise der Statistiken von Eurostat und CARE (Datenbank der Gemeinschaft zu Straßenverkehrsunfällen in Europa); fordert, dass zur Datenbank CARE Zugang gewährt wird, was dem Austausch von Informationen und Fachwissen unter Verkehrsexperten beträchtlich dienen würde;
