Durchführungsverordnung (EU) 2018/346 der Kommission vom 5. März 2018 zur Zulassung einer Zubereitung aus Lactobacillus buchneri NRRL B-50733 als Zusatzstoff in Futtermitteln für alle Tierarten (Text von Bedeutung für den EWR. )

Overeenkomstig artikel 10, lid 1, van Verordening (EG) nr. 1831/2003 zijn preparaten van Pediococcus acidilactici CNCM MA 18/5M DSM 11673, Pediococcus pentosaceus DSM 23376, Pediococcus pentosaceus NCIMB 12455, Pediococcus pentosaceus NCIMB 30168, Lactobacillus plantarum DSM 3676, Lactobacillus plantarum DSM 3677 en Lactobacillus buchneri DSM 13573 in het communautair repertorium van toevoegingsmiddelen voor diervoeding voor alle diersoorten opgenomen als bestaande producten, behorend tot de functionele groep „inkuiltoevoegingsmiddelen”.
Die Zubereitungen aus Pediococcus acidilactici CNCM MA 18/5M DSM 11673, Pediococcus pentosaceus DSM 23376, Pediococcus pentosaceus NCIMB 12455, Pediococcus pentosaceus NCIMB 30168, Lactobacillus plantarum DSM 3676, Lactobacillus plantarum DSM 3677 und Lactobacillus buchneri DSM 13573 wurden gemäß Artikel 10 Absatz 1 der Verordnung (EG) Nr. 1831/2003 als bereits bestehende Produkte aus der Funktionsgruppe „Silierzusatzstoffe“ für alle Tierarten in das Gemeinschaftsregister der Futtermittelzusatzstoffe eingetragen.

Overeenkomstig artikel 7 van Verordening (EG) nr. 1831/2003 zijn aanvragen ingediend voor een vergunning voor Lactobacillus buchneri (DSM 16774), Lactobacillus buchneri (DSM 12856), Lactobacillus paracasei (DSM 16245), Lactobacillus paracasei (DSM 16773), Lactobacillus plantarum (DSM 12836), Lactobacillus plantarum (DSM 12837), Lactobacillus brevis (DSM 12835), Lactobacillus rhamnosus (NCIMB 30121), Lactococcus lactis (DSM 11037), Lactococcus lactis (NCIMB 30160), Pediococcus acidilactici (DSM 16243) en Pediococcus pentosaceus (DSM 12834).
Gemäß Artikel 7 der Verordnung (EG) Nr. 1831/2003 wurden Anträge auf Zulassung von Lactobacillus buchneri (DSM 16774), Lactobacillus buchneri (DSM 12856), Lactobacillus paracasei (DSM 16245), Lactobacillus paracasei (DSM 16773), Lactobacillus plantarum (DSM 12836), Lactobacillus plantarum (DSM 12837), Lactobacillus brevis (DSM 12835), Lactobacillus rhamnosus (NCIMB 30121), Lactococcus lactis (DSM 11037), Lactococcus lactis (NCIMB 30160), Pediococcus acidilactici (DSM 16243) und Pediococcus pentosaceus (DSM 12834) gestellt.

De aanvragen betreffen de verlening van een vergunning voor Lactobacillus buchneri (DSM 16774), Lactobacillus buchneri (DSM 12856), Lactobacillus paracasei (DSM 16245), Lactobacillus paracasei (DSM 16773), Lactobacillus plantarum (DSM 12836), Lactobacillus plantarum (DSM 12837), Lactobacillus brevis (DSM 12835), Lactobacillus rhamnosus (NCIMB 30121), Lactococcus lactis (DSM 11037) Lactococcus lactis (NCIMB 30160), Pediococcus acidilactici (DSM 16243) en Pediococcus pentosaceus (DSM 12834) als toevoegingsmiddelen voor diervoeding voor alle dieren, in de categorie technologische toevoegingsmiddelen.
Die Anträge betreffen die Zulassung der zur Zusatzstoffkategorie „technologische Zusatzstoffe“ zählenden Lactobacillus buchneri (DSM 16774), Lactobacillus buchneri (DSM 12856), Lactobacillus paracasei (DSM 16245), Lactobacillus paracasei (DSM 16773), Lactobacillus plantarum (DSM 12836), Lactobacillus plantarum (DSM 12837), Lactobacillus brevis (DSM 12835), Lactobacillus rhamnosus (NCIMB 30121), Lactococcus lactis (DSM 11037), Lactococcus lactis (NCIMB 30160), Pediococcus acidilactici (DSM 16243) und Pediococcus pentosaceus (DSM 12834) als Futtermittelzusatzstoffe für alle Tierarten.

De melkzuurbacteriën die mogen worden gebruikt op grond van bijlage IV, punt 1, onder q), en punt 3, onder z), van Verordening (EG) nr. 1493/1999, moeten behoren tot de geslachten Leuconostoc Lactobacillus en/of Pediococcus.
Die Milchsäurebakterien, deren Verwendung in Anhang IV Nummer 1 Buchstabe q sowie Nummer 3 Buchstabe z der Verordnung (EG) Nr. 1493/1999 vorgesehen ist, müssen den Gattungen Leuconostoc, Lactobacillus und/oder Pediococcus angehören.

Misschien dat het nog een jaar of twee duurt voordat er, dankzij de EU, geen enkele koe meer in leven is in het land dat de bakermat is van de yoghurt, de bakermat van Lactobacillus bulgaricum.
Vielleicht wird es nur noch zwei Jahre dauern, bis in dem Land, das das Heimatland des Joghurts, das Heimatland des Lactobacillus bulgaricum ist, dank der EU keine einzige Kuh mehr leben wird.

De melkzuurbacteriën die mogen worden gebruikt op grond van bijlage IV, punt 1, onder q), en punt 3, onder z), van Verordening (EEG) nr. 1493/1999, moeten behoren tot de geslachten Leuconostoc Lactobacillus en/of Pediococcus.
Die Milchsäurebakterien, deren Verwendung in Anhang IV Nummer 1 Buchstabe q) sowie Nummer 3 Buchstabe z) der Verordnung (EG) Nr. 1493/1999 vorgesehen ist, müssen den Gattungen Leuconostoc, Lactobacillus und/oder Pediococcus angehören.
