„Regarding the ratification of the IGA, I can confirm on behalf of the Council that 'The signatories to the Intergovernmental Agreement on the transfer and mutualisation of contributions to the Single Resolution Fund are ready to declare that they will strive to complete its process of ratification in accordance with their respective national legal requirements in due time so as to permit the Single Resolution Mechanism to be fully operational by the 1st January 2016'”.
