Commission Regulations (EC) No 451/2000 and (EC) No 703/2001 lay down the detailed rules for the implementation of the second stage of the programme of work referred to in Article 8(2) of Directive 91/414/EEC and establish a list of active substances to be assessed, with a view to their possible inclusion in Annex I to Directive 91/414/EEC.
Os Regulamentos (CE) n.o 451/2000 e (CE) n.o 703/2001 da Comissão estabelecem normas de execução para a segunda fase do programa de trabalho referido no n.o 2 do artigo 8.o da Directiva 91/414/CEE e estabelecem uma lista de substâncias activas a avaliar, com vista à possível inclusão das mesmas no anexo I da Directiva 91/414/CEE.
