De heer Le Foll riep op tot een structurele respons, omdat hij zich terecht zorgen maakt over het feit dat het deel van de begroting voor ontwikkelingshulp dat is bestemd voor landbouw of plattelandsontwikkeling, al jarenlang krimpt.
Auf die strukturpolitische Reaktion spielte insbesondere Stéphane Le Foll an, als er zu Recht darauf hinwies, dass der Entwicklungshilfeanteil für die landwirtschaftliche und ländliche Entwicklung seit Jahren stetig abnimmt.
