2. Met de technische uitvoering van de in artikel 1, lid 3, bedoelde projecten is het „EU-Consortium non-proliferatie” belast, gebaseerd op „La Fondation pour la recherche stratégique” (FRS), „the Peace Research Institute Frankfurt” (HSFK/PRIF), „the International Institute for Strategic Studies” (IISS) en „the Stockholm International Peace Research Institute” (SIPRI).
(2) Die technische Durchführung der in Artikel 1 Absatz 3 genannten Projekte obliegt dem EU-Konsortium für die Nichtverbreitung, dem die Fondation pour la Recherche Stratégique (FRS), das Institut für Friedensforschung in Frankfurt (HSFK/PRIF), das International Institute for Strategic Studies (IISS) und das Stockholm International Peace Research Institute (SIPRI) angehören.
