t) roept de Raad op tot ondersteuning van inspanningen om de verantwoordingsplicht van de VN-lidstaten op het gebied van de mensenrechten te vergroten door het verhogen van de efficiëntie van de Universal Peer Review, met name door middel van striktere procedures om opzettelijke obstructie of afleidende tactieken te voorkomen,
(t) calls on the Council to sustain efforts aimed at increasing the accountability of UN member states in the field of human rights by increasing the efficiency of the Universal Peer Review, notably by tightening up procedures to avoid deliberate obstruction or diversionary tactics,
