The specific rules on the aid that Germany may grant in the framework of the German Alcohol Monopoly (‘the Monopoly’) as provided for in Article 182(4) of Council Regulation (EC) No 1234/2007 of 22 October 2007 establishing a common organisation of agricultural markets and on specific provisions for certain agricultural products (Single CMO Regulation) will expire on 31 December 2010.
