TRADUCTIONS EN CONTEXTE

Dat het gehele beschikbare betalingskrediet niet is benut, komt omdat een groot aantal betalingsverzoeken in december 1999 bij de Commissie is ingediend.
Failure to use all the payment appropriations available was due to the fact that a large number of applications for payment reached the Commission in December 1999.

Verder is slechts EUR 3,3 miljoen aan vastleggingskredieten uit 2001 doorgeschoven. Geen enkel vastleggings- of betalingskrediet is van 2002 naar 2003 doorgeschoven.
