IN-CONTEXT TRANSLATIONS

De procedure werd ingeleid naar aanleiding van een klacht die op 27 juli 2009 door CIRFS — European Man-made Fibres Association (de klager) was ingediend namens producenten van garens met een hoge sterktegraad, van polyesters, die een groot deel, in dit geval meer dan 60 %, van de totale productie van deze garens in de Unie uitmaken.
The proceeding was initiated as a result of a complaint lodged on 27 July 2009 by CIRFS — European Man-made Fibres Association (the complainant) on behalf of producers of high tenacity yarn of polyesters representing a major proportion, in this case more than 60 % of the total Union production of high tenacity yarn of polyesters.
