En mi opinión, señora Comisaria, deberíamos reflexionar de cara al chequeo médico sobre el papel que juega en esta crisis la desaparición de los instrumentos comunitarios de regulación del mercado.

8. verzoekt de Commissie in het kader van een nieuw associatie- en wederopbouwprogramma voor de vijf landen van de westelijke Balkan (CARA), in het kader van Phare en met gebruikmaking van Interreg concrete projecten van alle drie arbeidstafels mede te financieren; daarbij moeten niet alleen regionale economische projecten worden gesteund, maar moet ook speciale aandacht worden geschonken aan projecten van de eerste arbeidstafel betreffende democratisering en ondersteuning van de burgermaatschappij, alsmede van de derde arbeidstafel betreffende regionale ontwapening, opruimen van mijnen, verbeteren van de politieactiviteiten en anticorruptiemaatregelen;
8. Calls on the Commission to cofinance practical projects from all three subject areas in the context of the new Association and Reconstruction Programme for the five countries of the Western Balkans (CARA), under the PHARE programme and exploiting Interreg; not only should regional economic projects be promoted, but particular attention should also be devoted to projects in the first subject area - democratisation and promotion of civil society as well as the third - regional disarmament, mine-clearance, improving police work and anti-corruption measures;

4. dringt er bij de Raad en de Commissie op aan een speciale begrotingslijn te creëren voor de oprichting en de ondersteuning van een netwerk van onafhankelijke media-activiteiten in dit gebied in het kader van het toekomstige CARA-programma voor de landen in Zuidoost-Europa;
4. Urges the Council and the Commission to set up a special line for the creation and the support of network of independent media operations in the region under the future CASA programme for south-eastern European countries;
