Er wordt voorgesteld een groep op hoog niveau voor de chemische industrie op te richten na de verwachte vaststelling van REACH, het nieuwe regelgevingskader voor chemische stoffen, in 2007.
Following the expected adoption of REACH in 2007, the new chemicals regulatory framework, it is proposed to set up a High-level Group to examine how to enhance the competitiveness of the chemicals industry.
