Dit neemt niet weg dat, naast de voor alle sectoren geldende communautaire staatssteunregels, met name de communautaire kaderregeling inzake staatssteun voor onderzoek en ontwikkeling en de communautaire richtsnoeren voor reddings- en herstructureringssteun aan ondernemingen in moeilijkheden , bepaalde communautaire instrumenten inzake staatssteun voor de handel en de industriële productie tevens op de bossector van toepassing zijn, met name de communautaire richtsnoeren inzake regionale steunmaatregelen en de communautaire kaderregeling inzake staatssteun ten behoeve van het milieu .
