c) „ETOPS en-route-uitwijkhaven”: een geschikte en passende uitwijkhaven waar een vliegtuig kan landen wanneer tijdens een ETOPS-vlucht een motor uitvalt of zich een andere abnormale of noodsituatie voordoet.
