3. De Commissie zorgt voor een doeltreffende samenhang tussen het onderhavige programma en de programma's en acties op audiovisueel gebied in het kader van de samenwerking van de Gemeenschap met derde landen en de bevoegde internationale organisaties, in het bijzonder de Raad van Europa (Eurimages en het Europees Waarnemingscentrum voor de audiovisuele sector, hierna „Waarnemingscentrum” genoemd).

The Commission shall ensure effective liaison between this programme and programmes and actions in the training and audiovisual fields being carried out in the framework of Community cooperation with non-member countries and the relevant international organisations, in particular the Council of Europe (Eurimages and the European Audiovisual Observatory, hereinafter referred to as the Observatory).

De samenwerking tussen MEDIA en Eurimages moet worden versterkt, echter zonder dat dit gepaard gaat met integratie op financieel en administratief gebied.

The programme could likewise enable the European Union to explore possibilities for cooperation (excluding financial and administrative matters) with the Eurimages Support Fund, with a view to promoting the competitiveness of the European audiovisual sector on the international market.

3 . De Commissie zorgt voor effectieve coördinatie tussen dit programma en acties op het gebied van het onderwijs en de audiovisuele sector, zulks in het kader van de samenwerking tussen de Unie, niet-lidstaten en de betrokken internationale organisaties, in het bijzonder de Raad van Europa (bij middel van Eurimages en het Europees waarnemingscentrum voor de audiovisuele sector).

The Commission shall ensure effective cooperation between this programme and actions in the education and audiovisual field in the context of cooperation between the Union, non-member States and the relevant international organisations, in particular the Council of Europe (by way of Eurimages and the European Audiovisual Observatory).

In accordance with the procedure referred to in Article 6(2), the Commission may also conclude partnerships for operations with specialised bodies, including those which have been set up under other European initiatives, such as Audiovisual Eureka, Eurimages and the European Audiovisual Observatory, in order to implement joint measures which meet the objectives of the programme in the field of training.

De Commissie kan tevens volgens de procedure van artikel 8, lid 2, partnerschappen betreffende activiteiten aangaan met gespecialiseerde organisaties, met inbegrip van die welke krachtens andere Europese initiatieven zijn ingesteld, zoals Eureka Audiovisueel, EURIMAGES en het Europees waarnemingscentrum voor de audiovisuele sector, zulks voor het uitvoeren van gezamenlijke acties ten behoeve van de doelstellingen van het programma op het gebied van promotie.
The Commission may also conclude, in accordance with the procedure referred to in Article 8(2), partnerships for operations with specialist bodies, including those which have been set up under other European initiatives such as Audiovisual Eureka, EURIMAGES and the European Audiovisual Observatory in order to implement joint measures that meet the Programme objectives in the field of promotion.
