The decision of the Commission to subject a Member State to enhanced surveillance under this Regulation should be taken in close cooperation with the EFC, the European Supervisory Authority (European Banking Authority) established by Regulation (EU) No 1093/2010 of the European Parliament and of the Council , the European Supervisory Authority (European Insurance and Pensions Authority) established by Regulation (EU) No 1094/2010 of the European Parliament and of the Council , the European Supervisory Authority (European Securities and Markets Authority) established by Regulation (EU) No 1095/2010 of the European Parliament and of the Council (collectively referred to as the ‘ESAs’) and the European Systemic Risk Board (ESRB) established by Regulation (EU) No 1092/2010 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 24 November 2010 on European Union macro-prudential oversight of the financial system and establishing a European Systemic Risk Board .

‘As regards requests for access to European Systemic Risk Board documents, Decision ESRB/2011/5 of the European Systemic Risk Board of 3 June 2011 on public access to European Systemic Risk Board documents (4), adopted on the basis of Article 7 of Council Regulation (EU) No 1096/2010 of 17 November 2010 conferring specific tasks upon the European Central Bank concerning the functioning of the European Systemic Risk Board (5), shall apply.

4.1 Het EESC dringt aan op een gestructureerd beheer van de strategie via een Europees Comité voorpersonen met een handicap, omdat het daarin een concrete manier ziet om de bestaande Groep op hoog niveau voor het gehandicaptenbeleid te consolideren. Dit Europees Comité voor personen met een handicap kan dan, overeenkomstig artikel 33, lid 1 van het VN-Verdrag, optreden als coördinerende instantie voor de tenuitvoerlegging en monitoring van dat Verdrag.
4.1 The EESC calls for the structured governance of the EDS via a European Disability Committee, as a concrete way of strengthening the existing Disability High-level Group (HLG) and to act as a coordination mechanism to implement and monitor the Convention pursuant to Article 33(1) of the UN CRPD.

4.3 In het Europees Comité voor personen met een handicap zouden ook vertegenwoordigers van personen met een handicap zitting moeten hebben. Ook zou overleg moeten worden gepleegd met het EESC en andere relevante stakeholders en met organisaties voor personen met een handicap.
4.3 The EESC believes that the composition of the European Disability Committee should ensure the participation of the representatives of persons with disabilities and consultation with the EESC and other relevant stakeholders and organisations of persons with disabilities.

1.9 Het EESC vindt dat er een Europees Comité voor gehandicapten moet komen, dat het structurele beheer van de strategie voor zijn rekening kan nemen, naast een sterker en doeltreffender mechanisme dat de Europese en nationale tenuitvoerlegging van het Verdrag overeenkomstig artikel 33, lid 1 van het VN-Verdrag zou moeten coördineren en monitoren.
1.9 The EESC believes that a European Disability Committee is needed to provide structured governance for the EDS and a stronger and more efficient mechanism to coordinate and monitor the European and national implementation of the Convention, pursuant to Article 33(1) of the UN CRPD.

Onverminderd artikel 218, leden 1 en 2, van het Verdrag betreffende de werking van de Europese Unie (VWEU) onderzoekt de Commissie met de steun van het Gemengd Comité, het Europees Comité voor het bankwezen, het Europees Comité voor verzekeringen en bedrijfspensioenen en het Comité voor financiële conglomeraten het resultaat van de in lid 1 bedoelde onderhandelingen en de daaruit voortvloeiende situatie”.
Without prejudice to Article 218(1) and (2) of the Treaty on the Functioning of the European Union (TFEU), the Commission shall, with the assistance of the Joint Committee, the European Banking Committee, the European Insurance and Occupational Pensions Committee and the Financial Conglomerates Committee, examine the outcome of the negotiations referred to in paragraph 1 and the resulting situation’.
