As referred to in recital 8 of Regulation (EU) No 1288/2013 of the European Parliament and of the Council (10), in order to promote the international dimension of higher education, funds may be made available from the European Development Fund, in accordance with the procedures governing it, for actions of learning mobility to or from non-EU countries and to cooperation and policy dialogue with authorities, institutions and organisations of those countries.

De financiële verdeelsleutel en de bijdrage van Kroatië aan het elfde Europees Ontwikkelingsfonds als vastgesteld in artikel 1, lid 2, onder a), van het intern akkoord, alsmede de weging van zijn stemmen in het Comité van het Europees Ontwikkelingsfonds als vastgesteld in artikel 8, lid 2, van het intern akkoord, worden bevestigd.
