Gezien deze tendensen en de bij de teelt van hop gebruikelijke drie- tot vijfjarige oogstcontracten, alsmede de mogelijkheid van coöperaties om structuurmaatregelen via maximaal 20% van de uitgekeerde bijstand te financieren , is het wenselijk het huidige bedrag voor productiesteun gedurende een extra periode van vijf jaar toe te kennen.
