(8) Gezien de huidige wetenschappelijke kennis met betrekking tot de gezondheids- en veiligheidseffecten van blootstelling aan lawaai, is het niet mogelijk precieze, alle gezondheids- en veiligheidsrisico's bestrijkende blootstellingsniveaus vast te stellen, met name de niet-auditieve effecten van lawaai.
(8) Current scientific knowledge of the effects which exposure to noise may have on health and safety is not sufficient to enable precise exposure levels covering all risks to health and safety, especially as regards the effects of noise other than those of an auditory nature, to be set.
