1. Deze verordening doet geen afbreuk aan de voortzetting of de wijziging, met inbegrip van de volledige of gedeeltelijke intrekking, van de betrokken projecten en jaarprogramma’s tot de afsluiting ervan of van financiële bijstandsverlening die door de Commissie is goedgekeurd op grond van Beschikkingen nr. 573/2007/EG, nr. 575/2007/EG en 2007/435/EG of andere wetgeving die op 31 december 2013 op die bijstandsverlening van toepassing is.
1. This Regulation shall not affect the continuation or modification, including the total or partial cancellation, of the projects and annual programmes concerned, until their closure, or of the financial assistance approved by the Commission on the basis of Decisions No 573/2007/EC, No 575/2007/EC and 2007/435/EC or any other legislation applying to that assistance on 31 December 2013.

1. Onverminderd de verplichtingen die direct uit de toepassing van artikel 23 van Verordening (EEG) nr. 4253/88 en artikel 38 van Verordening (EG) nr. 1260/1999 voortvloeien, geldt deze verordening voor alle vormen van financiële bijstandsverlening waarin is voorzien bij de Verordeningen (EEG) nr. 4254/88, (EEG) nr. 4255/88, (EEG) nr. 4256/88, (EEG) nr. 2080/93, (EG) nr. 1783/1999, (EG) nr. 1784/1999 en (EG) nr. 1263/1999.
1. Without prejudice to the obligations arising directly out of Article 23 of Regulation (EEC) No 4253/88 and Article 38 of Regulation (EC) No 1260/1999, this Regulation shall relate to all forms of financial intervention provided for in Regulations (EEC) No 4254/88, (EEC) No 4255/88, (EEC) No 4256/88, (EC) No 2080/93 and in Regulations (EC) No 1783/1999, (EC) No 1784/1999 and (EC) No 1263/1999.

Ter wille van de rechtszekerheid moet uitdrukkelijk worden bepaald dat Verordening (EG) nr. 1681/94 ook van toepassing is op alle in Verordening (EG) nr. 1260/1999 bepaalde vormen van financiële bijstandsverlening, zoals die welke zijn genoemd in Verordening (EG) nr. 1783/1999 van het Europees Parlement en de Raad van 12 juli 1999 met betrekking tot het Europees Fonds voor Regionale Ontwikkeling , Verordening (EG) nr. 1784/1999 van het Europees Parlement en de Raad van 12 juli 1999 betreffende het Europees Sociaal Fonds , Verordening (EG) nr. 1263/1999 van de Raad van 21 juni 1999 betreffende het Financieringsinstrument voor de Oriëntatie van de Visserij en Verordening (EG) nr. 1257/1999 van de Raad van 17 mei 1999 inzake steun voor plattelandsontwikkeling uit het Europees Oriëntatie- en Garantiefonds voor de Landbouw (EOGFL), afdeling Oriëntatie, en tot wijziging en instelling van een aantal verordeningen
For reasons of legal certainty, it is necessary to clearly specify that the provisions of Regulation (EC) No 1681/94 must also apply to all forms of financial assistance under Regulation (EC) No 1260/1999 as they are described in Regulation (EC) No 1783/1999 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 12 July 1999 on the European Regional Development Fund , in Regulation (EC) No 1784/1999 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 12 July 1999 on the European Social Fund , in Council Regulation (EC) No 1263/1999 of 21 June 1999 on the financial instrument for fisheries guidance , and in Council Regulation (EC) No 1257/1999 of 17 May 1999 on support for rural development from the European Agricultural Guidance and Guarantee Fund (EAGGF) and amending and repealing certain Regulations

c) de uitvoeringsbepalingen als bedoeld in artikel 53, lid 2 van Verordening (EG) 1685/00, houdende de bepalingen betreffende de procedure voor uitvoering van de op de bijstandsverlening van de Structuurfondsen toe te passen financiële correcties, en de Verordening van de Commissie waarbij de uitvoeringsbepalingen voor de beheers- en controlesystemen voor de uit hoofde van de Structuurfondsen verleende bijstand worden vastgesteld, alsmede de vorm en inhoud van de boekhoudkundige informatie die de lidstaten ter beschikking van de Commissie moeten houden ten behoeve van de controle van de rekeningen van de Structuurfondsen.

Overwegende dat de bepalingen van onderhavige verordening van toepassing dienen te zijn op alle vormen van financiële bijstandsverlening waarin in artikel 3 van Verordening (EG) nr. 1164/94 is voorzien;
