TRADUCTIONS EN CONTEXTE

24. verzoekt de Commissie en de lidstaten iets te doen aan het bestaande onevenwicht op gezondheidsgebied voor de Roma en aan de discriminatie die zij ondervinden bij de toegang tot gezondheidszorg, speciale programma’s te ontwikkelen en hieraan voldoende nationale en Europese financiële middelen ter beschikking te stellen, met bijzondere aandacht voor de gezondheid van moeder en kind;
24. Artikel 15 bis Compensering Onder voorbehoud van de volgens de procedure zoals bedoeld in artikel 67 van het Verdrag te bepalen criteria en regelingen, compenseren de lidstaten onderling het financiële onevenwicht dat uit de in artikel 15 bedoelde verplichte verwijdering voortvloeit, wanneer deze verwijdering niet op kosten van de vreemdeling kan geschieden.
Subject to the criteria and arrangements to be determined in accordance with the procedure laid down in Article 67 of the Treaty, the Member States shall compensate each other for any financial imbalances which may result from the obligation to expel as provided for in Article 15 where such expulsion cannot be effected at the third-country national's expense.

The present report confirms the findings from the previous four Commission reports, i.e. that the world shipbuilding market is characterised by a strong imbalance of supply and demand, that over-expansion of shipbuilding capacity in Korea has led to very low offer prices in most market segments and that the resulting losses for Korean yards, in some cases, have been compensated through financial restructuring which, in the view of the Commission, is not in line with applicable WTO rules.
