Indien een afwikkelingsautoriteit besluit dat een instelling of in artikel 1, lid 1, onder b), c) of d), bedoelde entiteit die dochteronderneming in een groep is, voldoet aan de in de artikelen 32 of 33 gestelde voorwaarden, stelt de autoriteit de afwikkelingsautoriteit op groepsniveau, indien deze verschillend is, de consoliderende toezichthouder en de leden van het afwikkelingscollege voor de groep in kwestie onverwijld in kennis van het volgende:
