De werkzaamheden aan deze nationale installaties worden gecoördineerd door de bestaande Ronde tafel voor synchrotronstralingsinstallaties, waarin ook de paneuropese synchrotronstralingsbron ESRF (European Synchrotron Radiation Facility) te Grenoble is vertegenwoordigd, die momenteel de meest geavanceerde bron ter wereld is ten behoeve van experimenten met harde röntgenstraling en die als installatie van Europees karakter reeds openstaat voor Europese onderzoekers.
The actions of these national facilities are coordinated through the existing Synchrotron Radiation Facilities Round Table which also include as participant, the pan-European source ESRF (European Synchrotron Radiation Facility) in Grenoble, currently the most advanced source in the world for experiments using hard X-rays, and, as a European-level facility, already open to European researchers.
