IN-CONTEXT TRANSLATIONS

De kredietgever licht de rechten op bijvoorbeeld herroeping of bedenktijd toe, en ook indien van toepassing andere rechten zoals overdraagbaarheid (inclusief subrogatie) als die voorzien zijn, specificeert de voorwaarden die op dit recht of deze rechten van toepassing zijn, de procedure die de consument moet volgen om dit recht of deze rechten uit te oefenen, alsook gegevens zoals onder meer het adres waarnaar de kennisgeving van herroeping moet worden gestuurd en (indien van toepassing) de daaraan verbonden vergoedingen.

In geval van beperking of herroeping wegens te weinig vernieuwend overeenkomstig artikel 54, lid 3, EOV treedt de beperking of herroeping van een Europees octrooi met eenheidswerking alleen in werking met betrekking tot de deelnemende lidstaat of lidstaten die in de vroegere Europese octrooiaanvraag, zoals gepubliceerd, is of zijn aangeduid.

Om rechtszekerheid te garanderen in geval van beperking of herroeping wegens te weinig vernieuwend overeenkomstig artikel 54, lid 3, EOV, dient de beperking of herroeping van een Europees octrooi met eenheidswerking evenwel alleen te gelden met betrekking tot de deelnemende lidstaat of lidstaten die in de vroegere Europese octrooiaanvraag, zoals gepubliceerd, zijn aangeduid.
