In de gevallen waarin de voor de uitvoering verantwoordelijke instantie werkzaamheden voor het bouwrijp maken van het terrein of bouwwerkzaamheden of gedeelten daarvan voor eigen rekening uitvoert, zijn de uitgaven voor de koop of vervaardiging van tijdens de uitvoering van het project gebruikt duurzaam materieel niet subsidiabel.
