TRADUCTIONS EN CONTEXTE

Onverminderd artikel 25 van Richtlijn 2006/43/EG wordt voor de toepassing van de eerste alinea onder een voorwaardelijk honorarium verstaan, een honorarium voor controleopdrachten berekend op een vooraf vastgelegde basis die verband houdt met de uitkomst of het resultaat van een transactie of het resultaat van het uitgevoerde werk.
Without prejudice to Article 25 of Directive 2006/43/EC, for the purposes of the first subparagraph, contingent fees means fees for audit engagements calculated on a predetermined basis relating to the outcome or result of a transaction or the result of the work performed.

With a view to rendering the relationship between the statutory auditor or audit firm and the audited entity more transparent, Directives 78/660/EEC and 83/349/EEC should be amended so as to require disclosure of the audit fee and the fee paid for non-audit services in the notes to the annual accounts and the consolidated accounts.

(34) Teneinde de relatie tussen de met de wettelijke controle belaste accountant of het accountantskantoor en de gecontroleerde entiteit transparanter te maken, dienen de Richtlijnen 78/660/EEG en 83/349/EEG zodanig te worden gewijzigd dat zij voorschrijven dat het honorarium voor de accountantscontrole en het honorarium voor niet-controlediensten in de toelichting bij de jaarrekening en de geconsolideerde jaarrekening moeten worden vermeld.
