Krachtens artikel 11, lid 3, van de basisverordening is een verzoek om een gedeeltelijk tussentijds nieuw onderzoek („dit nieuwe onderzoek”) ingediend door JSC Acron, JSC Dorogobuzh en hun verbonden handelsonderneming Agronova International Inc., leden van de „Acron” Holding Company („de indiener van het verzoek”).
A request for a partial interim review (‘the present review’) pursuant to Article 11(3) of the basic Regulation was lodged by JSC Acron, JSC Dorogobuzh and their related trading company Agronova International Inc., members of ‘Acron’ Holding Company (‘the applicant’).
