2. Legal entities established in Egypt participating in an indirect action of the EC Framework programme shall have the same rights and obligations on intellectual property as those of legal entities established in the Community, under the conditions laid down by the decision taken by the European Parliament and the Council according to Article 167 of the Treaty establishing the European Community, and in the contract concluded with the Community accordingly, such rights and obligations being in compliance with paragraph 1.

Voorts verklaart de Europese Gemeenschap dat zij reeds verscheidene voor haar lidstaten bindende juridische instrumenten heeft aangenomen ter uitvoering van bepalingen van het Verdrag van Aarhus, en dat zij overeenkomstig artikel 10, lid 2, en artikel 19, lid 5, van het Verdrag van Aarhus een lijst van die juridische instrumenten bij de depositaris zal indienen en in voorkomend geval actualiseren.
Moreover, the European Community declares that it has already adopted several legal instruments, binding on its Member States, implementing provisions of this Convention and will submit and update as appropriate a list of those legal instruments to the Depositary in accordance with Article 10(2) and Article 19(5) of the Convention.
