(16) Artikel 5, lid 1, punt 2, onder d), verbindt aan de vrijstelling de voorwaarde dat de dealer bij de leverancier voor eindgebruikers op de gemeenschappelijke markt in grote series vervaardigde personenauto's in de voor hun woonplaats of voor de plaats van kentekenregistratie vereiste uitvoeringen mag bestellen, wanneer de fabrikant bij de plaatselijke, van het distributienet deel uitmakende ondernemingen eveneens een model aanbiedt dat met een model van het door de overeenkomst met de dealer bestreken gamma overeenstemt (artikel 10, punt 10).
(16) Article 5 (1) (2) (d) makes exemption subject to the condition that the dealer must be able to purchase for customers in the common market volume-produced passenger cars with the technical features appropriate to their place of residence or to the place where the vehicle is to be registered, in so far as the corresponding model is also supplied by the manufacturer through undertakings within the distribution system in that place (Article 10 (10)).
