Waarom bestaat er bij de Commissie een regeling dat aankomende afdelingshoofden een voorbereidingsprogramma uitsluitend in het Frans en het Engels moeten volgen, waardoor de vereiste taalvaardigheid kunstmatig tot deze talen wordt beperkt en het Duits, de op één na grootste begrepen taal in de EU en werktaal van de Commissie, in feite wordt gediscrimineerd?
