1. 1. Where insolvency proceedings relate to two or more members of a group of companies, an insolvency practitioner appointed in proceedings concerning a member of the group shall cooperate with any insolvency practitioner appointed in proceedings concerning another member of the same group to the extent that such cooperation is appropriate to facilitate the effective administration of those proceedings, is not incompatible with the rules applicable to such proceedings and does not entail any conflict of interest.

2. 4. 4. Where a parent undertaking prepares a comprehensive report corresponding to the same financial year, referring to the whole group of consolidated undertakings, relying on national, EU-based or international frameworks and covering the information provided for in the third subparagraph of paragraph 1 according to the specific provisions defined thereby and by the guidelines for the application of the measures of this Directive relating to the non-financial statement, the parent undertaking shall be exempt from the obligation to prepare the non-financial statement set out in the third subparagraph of paragraph 1, provided that such comprehensive report is part of the consolidated annual report and contains the relevant KPIs according to paragraph 1.

'3 bis. Voor de toepassing van lid 1 wordt een moederonderneming die op basis van nationale, Uniewijde of internationale kaderregelingen en met betrekking tot de in lid 1 bis bedoelde informatie in overeenstemming met de daarin vastgestelde specifieke regels een omstandig verslag uitbrengt dat overeenstemt met hetzelfde boekjaar en dat betrekking heeft op de gehele groep, vrijgesteld van de verplichting een niet-financiële verklaring als bedoeld in lid 1 bis, lid 1 ter en lid 1 quater op te stellen, op voorwaarde dat dit omstandige verslag deel uitmaakt van het geconsolideerde beheersverslag.
‘3a. For the purposes of paragraph 1, where a parent undertaking prepares a comprehensive report corresponding to the same financial year and referring to the entire group, relying on national, Union-based or international frameworks and covering the information provided for in paragraph 1a in accordance with the specific rules laid down therein, the parent undertaking shall be exempt from the obligation to prepare the non-financial statement provided for in paragraphs 1a, 1b and 1c provided that such comprehensive report forms part of the consolidated management report.

"3 ter. ‘3b. Certified registration on official lists by the competent authorities or a certificate issued by the certification body shall not, for the purposes of the contracting authorities/entities of other Member States, constitute a presumption of suitability except as regards Article 39(1) and (2)(a) to (d) and (h), Article 40, Article 41(1)(b) and (c) and Article 42(1)(a)(i) and (b) to (g) in the case of contractors, Article 42(1)(a)(ii), (b) to (e) and (i) in the case of suppliers and Article 42(1)(a)(ii), (b) to (e) and (g) in the case of service providers.

2. Recalls the importance of access to reproductive health services in conflict situations and refugee camps, both during and after conflicts, since without these services maternal and infant mortality rates rise and sexually transmissible diseases spread; stresses that the conjugal violence, prostitution and rape which avail under these circumstances make these services even more of a priority, including the need for women to have the possibility of giving birth in hospital without the prior authorisation of a male relative, or terminating unwanted pregnancies, and to have access to psychological help; supports guaranteed immediate access for all women and girls who have been victims of rape to post-coital contraception; considers that measures to ensure full respect for sexual and reproductive rights will help to minimise acts of sexual violence committed in conflict situations;

2. Overeenkomstig de procedure van artikel 10, lid 5, van Richtlijn 2004/36/EG raadpleegt de Commissie het comité inzake veiligheid van de luchtvaart met betrekking tot het in lid 1 vermelde verslag over het communautaire SAFA-systeem.
2. The Commission will, in accordance with the procedure referred to in Article 10(5) of Directive 2004/36/EC, consult the Air Safety Committee regarding the report on the Community SAFA system referred to in the first subparagraph.
