TRADUCTIONS EN CONTEXTE

A. overwegende dat, volgens het nationaal instituut voor sociale voorzorg (Istituto Nazionale della Previdenza Sociale, INPS) de laatste vijf jaar 16 420 Italianen uit Italië zijn vertrokken naar landen waar het leven minder duur is, waarvan 5 345 in 2014 alleen;
A. whereas, according to the Italian Social Welfare Institute (INPS), 16 420 pensioners have left Italy in the past five years for countries with a lower cost of living, with 5 345 leaving in 2014 alone;

26. benadrukt in dit verband dat er op lokaal, regionaal, nationaal en EU-niveau voldoende financiële middelen beschikbaar moeten zijn om kmo's en sociale ondernemingen te ondersteunen; betwijfelt of de van de belanghebbenden afkomstige middelen voor het EIP-AHA-partnerschap toereikend zijn en spoort de Commissie ertoe aan voor de nodige financiering te zorgen; is ingenomen met de voorgenomen aanpassing van de EU-financieringsinstrumenten om de impact van de middelen zo groot mogelijk te maken en spoort aan tot het starten en voortzetten van projecten zoals CASA, "Langer en beter leven", en andere projecten die de interoperabiliteit en de uitwisseling van kennis, gegevens en best practices bevorderen; meent dat het besluit om "Innovering voor gezond leven en actief ouder worden" voor de periode 2014-2015 tot prioritair thema van de kennis- en innovatiegemeenschappen (KIG's) van het Europees Instituut voor innovatie en technologie (EIT) te verheffen, een stap in de goede richting is die een vervolg moet krijgen in concrete financieringsinstrumenten, bijvoorbeeld financiering uit het meerjarig financieel kader 2014-2020, met inbegrip van het ESF, het EFRO, het Europees programma voor sociale verandering en innovatie (EPSCI), het programma voor onderzoek en innovatie en Horizon 2020;
26. Stresses, in this context, the need for adequate funding at local, regional, national and EU level to support SMEs and social enterprises; questions the sufficiency of the available resources of the partnership EIP-AHA originating in stakeholders and encourages the Commission to make the necessary funding available; welcomes the foreseen alignment of EU funding instruments to optimise the impact of funding, and encourages the take-up and continuation of projects such as CASA, ‘More Years, Better Life’ and others promoting the interoperability and exchange of knowledge, data and best practice; believes that the decision to identify ‘Innovation for healthy living and active ageing’ as a priority theme for the Knowledge and Innovation Communities (KICs) wave in 2014-2015 of the European Institute of Innovation and Technology (EIT) is a step in the right direction which needs to be complemented with concrete financial instruments, for example funding under the Multiannual Financial Framework for 2014-2020, including the ESF, the ERDF, the EPSCI programme, the programme for research and innovation and Horizon 2020;

(15) Het Instituut moet gaan samenwerken en overleg plegen met niet-gouvernementele organisaties en organisaties die actief zijn op het gebied van gelijke kansen, onderzoekscentra, sociale partners en andere aanverwante organisaties die op nationaal en Europees niveau en in derde landen actief streven naar gelijkheid.
(15) The Institute should develop cooperation and dialogue with non-governmental and equal opportunities organisations, research centres, social partners, and other related bodies actively seeking to achieve equality at national and European level and in third countries.
