TRADUCTIONS EN CONTEXTE

Teneinde te waarborgen dat het Sirene-bureau in kennis wordt gesteld als Europol en de ENU aanvullende informatie uitwisselen over signaleringen in SIS II, wordt sterk aangeraden om samenwerking aan te gaan met de nationale Europol-eenheid (ENU), zulks in overeenstemming met het nationaal recht. Als de communicatie op nationaal niveau over SIS II-signaleringen bij wijze van uitzondering via de ENU verloopt, moeten alle bij de communicatie betrokken partijen, en met name het Sirene-bureau, daarvan op de hoogte zijn, om misverstanden te voorkomen.
In accordance with national law, it is strongly recommended that cooperation with the National Europol Unit (ENU) should be established in order to ensure that the Sirene Bureau is informed of any exchange of supplementary information between Europol and the ENU concerning alerts in SIS II. In exceptional cases where communication at national level concerning SIS II alerts is done by the ENU, all parties to the communication, especially the Sirene Bureau, should be made aware of this fact to avoid confusion.

Each Member State shall ensure that its Europol National Unit and its representative in the Reitox network provide information on the manufacture, traffic and use, including supplementary information on possible medical use, of new psychoactive substances and of preparations containing new psychoactive substances, to Europol and the EMCDDA, taking into account the respective mandates of these two bodies.
