1.2. De hervorming van de regelingen voor douanevervoer omvat uiteraard, naast de snelle invoering van het nieuwe geautomatiseerde systeem voor douanevervoer - NCTS (2) (zie punt 3) - een gefaseerde tenuitvoerlegging van de specifieke maatregelen die noodzakelijk zijn voor het verbeteren van de procedures uit technisch en administratief oogpunt. 1.2.
