De in bijlage I vastgestelde NUTS-nomenclatuur komt in de plaats van de "nomenclatuur van territoriale eenheden voor de statistiek (NUTS)" die door het Bureau voor de statistiek van de Europese Gemeenschappen in samenwerking met de nationale bureaus voor de statistiek van de lidstaten is opgesteld.
2. The NUTS classification laid down in Annex I shall replace the "Nomenclature of territorial units for statistics (NUTS)" established by the Statistical Office of the European Communities in cooperation with the national statistical institutes of the Member States.

Alle verwijzingen naar de "nomenclatuur van territoriale eenheden voor de statistiek (NUTS)" in communautaire rechtsinstrumenten moeten voortaan derhalve beschouwd worden als verwijzingen naar de bij deze verordening vastgestelde NUTS-nomenclatuur.
As a consequence, all references in Community acts to the "Nomenclature of territorial units for statistics (NUTS)" should now be understood as referring to the NUTS classification laid down in this Regulation.

(15) De bij deze verordening vastgestelde NUTS-nomenclatuur komt in de plaats van de "nomenclatuur van territoriale eenheden voor de statistiek (NUTS)" die tot dusver door het Bureau voor de statistiek van de Europese Gemeenschappen in samenwerking met de nationale bureaus voor de statistiek werd opgesteld.
(15) The NUTS classification laid down in this Regulation should replace the "Nomenclature of territorial units for statistics (NUTS)" established to date by the Statistical Office of the European Communities in cooperation with the national statistical institutes.

Overwegende dat in de bijlagen I, II en III A van de genoemde Overeenkomst lijsten van produkten zijn opgenomen waarvan de omschrijving en de indeling zijn gebaseerd op de NIMEXE-nomenclatuur van 1987; dat de Gemeenschap zich krachtens de aan de genoemde Overeenkomst gehechte briefwisseling in verband met de gecombineerde nomenclatuur, ertoe heeft verbonden de NIMEXE-nomenclatuur in de genoemde bijlagen te vervangen door de gecombineerde nomenclatuur ( GN ); dat de produkten in bijlage III B van de Overeenkomst reeds zijn omschreven en ingedeeld op basis van de gecombineerde nomenclatuur, maar dat het om praktische redenen dienstig is alle bijlagen van de Overeenkomst te vervangen;
