IN-CONTEXT TRANSLATIONS

Doordat er geen proficiencytests worden uitgevoerd om de door de nationale referentielaboratoria gebruikte methoden te beoordelen en om na te gaan of de laboratoria in staat zijn gebruik van de tests te maken, is het voor enkele nationale referentielaboratoria en officiële laboratoria moeilijk de accreditatie te verkrijgen die zij nodig hebben om hun werkzaamheden in overeenstemming met Verordening (EG) nr. 882/2004 te verrichten.
The fact that no proficiency tests are being performed to assess the methods used by national reference laboratories and their capability to use the tests makes it difficult for some national reference laboratories and official laboratories to obtain the accreditation necessary to work in compliance with Regulation (EC) No 882/2004.

The Commission shall adopt delegated acts in accordance with Article 144 to supplement this Regulation concerning the cases where, and the conditions under which, competent authorities may designate as official laboratories, in accordance with Article 37(1), laboratories which do not fulfil the conditions referred to in point (e) of Article 37(4) in relation to all the methods they use for official controls or other official activities, provided that such laboratories comply with the following conditions:
