Op 1 maart 2018 heeft de Commissie een aanmelding voor een voorgenomen concentratie in de zin van artikel 4 van Verordening (EG) nr. 139/2004 van de Raad ontvangen. Hierin is meegedeeld dat de onderneming DK Telekommunikation ApS, een consortiumvehikel (bestaande uit MIRACo, PFA Holding, PKA Holding en ATP Holding), de onderneming TDC A/S („TDC”, Denemarken) verkrijgt in de zin van artikel 3, lid 1, onder b), van de concentratieverordening, door een openbaar bod.
On 1 March 2018, the Commission received notification of a proposed concentration pursuant to Article 4 of Council Regulation (EC) No 139/2004 by which DK Telekommunikation ApS, a consortium vehicle (the consortium consisting of MIRACo, PFA Holding, PKA Holding and ATP Holding), acquires within the meaning of Article 3(1)(b) of the Merger Regulation the undertaking TDC A/S (‘TDC’, Denmark) by way of a public bid.

Perfluoralkylsulfonaten (PFAS), perfluorcarbonzuren (PFCA) met inbegrip van perfluoroctaanzuur (PFOA) en aanverwante stoffen die zijn opgenomen in de „Preliminary lists of PFOS, PFAS, PFOA, PFCA, related compounds and chemicals that may degrade to PFCA” van de OESO (herziene versie 2007) zijn in het product niet toegestaan.
