(34) This Regulation should take into account the Principles for financial benchmarks issued by the International Organization of Securities Commissions (IOSCO) (‘IOSCO Financial Benchmark Principles’) on 17 July 2013 as well as the Principles for Oil Price Reporting Agencies issued by IOSCO on 5 October 2012 ('IOSCO PRA Principles') which serve as a global standard for regulatory requirements for benchmarks .

21. nodigt de Commissie uit niet alleen de doelstellingen voor economische groei in het oog te houden, maar speciaal aandacht te schenken aan het terugdringen van inkomensongelijkheid, zowel binnen de afzonderlijke ontwikkelingslanden als op mondiaal niveau; is van mening dat er speciale aandacht moet uitgaan naar de groei van samenwerkingsprocessen en zelfontwikkeling van duurzame aard in coöperatief verband en volgens de PRA-methodologie („Participatory Reflection and Action”), waarmee efficiënte organisatiemodellen gewaarborgd zijn, gebaseerd op consensus en deelname van lokale gemeenschappen, die een blijvende impact hebben en waarbij de functie van de sociale economie wordt benut voor de ontwikkeling;
21. Invites the Commission not only to monitor economic growth objectives, but to look particularly at reducing inequalities in income distribution both within individual developing countries and globally. Particular attention should be paid to increasing participative processes of sustainable self-development through forms of association such as cooperatives and PRA (Participatory Reflection and Action), which are based on consensus and participation by local communities and which therefore provide more effective organisational models with a more long-term impact, promoting the role of the social economy in development;
